The requirements for instrument reprocessing and related processes are becoming increasingly complex. Identifying and recognizing the correlations in the manifold processes and workflows - paired with a great deal of expertise – is an essential prerequisite to making the right decisions in our daily work and maintaining the high quality of work in the RUMED. That takes a high level of technical and procedural knowledge.
We aim to provide knowledge and expertise to support your daily work in RUMED. Our courses are based on the contents of the DGSV and HSPA courses. International experts with many years of experience in the field of application in the OR and instrument reprocessing conduct the courses. Our Online Training Program, The RUMED Academy, offers a two-level system in different international regions and languages. All courses are held in English (except Latin America).
This online course is designed for RUMED managers, RUMED technicians, and other RUMED employees with good English/Spanish language skills and practical experience in medical device reprocessing. The course is split into individual modules covering different subject areas, and you'll receive a certificate upon completing each module. Once you've finished all the modules, you can take an online exam to earn the certificate of reprocessing technician RUMED (Level 1).

This online training course is designed for RUMED managers and RUMED technicians with good English language skills (B1) and practical experience in a reprocessing structure for medical devices.

The modular online course's individual modules are divided into the corresponding subject areas. A certificate is issued upon completion of each module. If a participant has attended all the modules, he can take an online exam to obtain the certificate of reprocessing technician RUMED (Level 2).
